I naturally think in systems: inputs, flows, bottlenecks, outputs, feedback loops. Whether it’s decision infrastructure at Handshake, care-services software at AbbyB SLP, or a decision engine in MoneyZone, the method is the same — find the system, find the leverage, build the thing.
